Yesterday: Alden drove to Cape Cod with a trunk full of booze, fireworks, and an unregistered firearm. (Two of those three might be illegal in MA.) Arriving mid-afternoon, Alden quickly grabbed a drink, set up the hammock, and napped with his new 8 week-old puppy sleeping on his belly. There was a slight breeze coming off the pond. It was rough.
Today: More hammock, puppy, and napping.
One week of this should have Alden rested and ready for two months in Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon. Get excited people.
